Every product page includes a size guide with age, height, and weight ranges
for Newborn (0–3m), Baby (3–24m), Toddler (2–4y), and Kids (5–10y), plus a fit
note for each stage. See the full size guide
for details. If your little one is between sizes or in the middle of a growth
spurt, we generally recommend sizing up.
We work primarily with GOTS-certified organic cotton across our newborn
through kids knitwear. Fabric composition, GSM, and construction details are
listed on every product page under "Fit & Fabric" so you know exactly
what you're buying.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, do not bleach, and tumble dry low — the
same care instructions printed on every garment label and listed on each
product page. Skip the fabric softener; it coats the fibres and dulls the

Standard shipping across India is a flat rate, free on orders over ₹2,000.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days to metro cities and 5–8 business
days elsewhere. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of
delivery for a refund or exchange. See the Shipping & Returns page for the
full process and any exclusions.
Yes. If a piece was given as a gift, we don't need the original receipt — an
order number, gift note, or the recipient's name and approximate order date is
enough for us to look it up. We'll offer store credit or an exchange for a
different age, size, or piece within our normal return window.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually amend the size, colour, or
shipping address, or cancel it entirely. Contact us as soon as possible with your
order number and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
Yes — we work with select boutiques and stockists on wholesale terms. Please
