Dispatch times
Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on a business day are typically dispatched from our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are queued for dispatch on the next working day. During seasonal sales or limited drops, dispatch may take slightly longer while we work through higher order volumes.
Shipping rates & free shipping threshold
Standard shipping across India is charged at a flat rate at checkout. Orders with a merchandise value over ₹2,000 qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied in the cart once the threshold is met. Any applicable shipping charge for smaller orders is shown clearly before payment, with no hidden fees added later in the checkout flow.
Delivery estimates within India
Metro cities generally receive orders within 3–5 business days of dispatch, while non-metro and remote pin codes can take 5–8 business days depending on courier coverage. A tracking link is shared by email and SMS as soon as your order leaves the warehouse so you can follow its progress in real time.
30-day returns window
Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and worn or damaged items outside of a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return under this policy.

To begin a return, reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll confirm eligibility and share the next steps, including how to arrange a pickup or drop-off where available.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or colour instead of a refund? Let us know when you start your return and we'll do our best to arrange a direct exchange, subject to stock availability on the item you're requesting.
Refund timelines
Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your statement.
